I once said this to my young son Cary as he was growing up and he thought it was original with me...I don't remember where I first heard it but I believe there is an element of truth to it whether you know the LORD or not.

The "old" Lance Robert Schmidt in sales mode at work in the audio industry at the Frankfurt Trade show - the date is wrong...this is from 2008 I believe. The French Trade Press covered this event and had me do a run through of many new products.
Its fun for me to compare my old approach of a compartmentalized life doing worldly sales while being a Christian with a "double minded" unstable walk with the LORD. Now its a joy to see myself in recent years in a 24/7 walk with the LORD where "sales" has a totally new meaning...the glorious Gospel of the Saviour, His Amazing Grace, His Love, His Eternal Life and His Security all adding up to true Salvation! That's real SALES with eternal meaning and of the most profound importance for everyone of us.
