Lance has spent over 25 years in various exec roles including being the President of a 40+ Million per year divisional business unit of a Fortune 500 company and the Global Brand President of a historic audio company's pro divisions with a 77 year pedigree and legacy backed by factories with world class manufacturing employing over 3000 workers worldwide.

Lance has worked in the Professional audio-visual communications and presentational products field learning business strategies that work while migrating this experience to other fields. He is a seasoned speaker, presenter, teacher and motivational speaker in his own right using these communications tools himself in his personal work.

Cross disciplinary projects, research and career work have taken him all over the world and into various categories - from training sales and management people to technically training digital audio engineers and contractors.

Business consulting has led him to a diverse range of clients in manufacturing for electronics, sound products, lighting products, musical instruments, e-commerce software, computers, wedding/prom gowns and even equipment leasing/rentals.

Lance's experience encompasses retail, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, finance, education, global trade, international business, government sales, large Corporate sales, OEM, VAR, entertainment-artistic performance, teaching, event planning and more.
